1. Who processes your data
The data controller is to be completed: PRIDE legal name, IDNO, registered address.

2. What data we collect
Through the “Request a quote” form we only collect what you enter:
project type, location and a description of what the system should achieve;
optional technical details (power, consumption, capacity, duration, energy sources);
name, company (optional), phone and/or email, preferred contact method;
the form language, the scenario shown in the interactive diagram and, if you arrived from a campaign, the visit source (UTM parameters);
the consent text version and the time of submission.
We do not store your IP address. To limit abuse we keep only a cryptographic fingerprint of it, from which the address cannot be recovered.
3. Why we use the data
to review your request, contact you and prepare a proposal;
to send you a confirmation by email, if you provided an address;
to protect the form against abuse.
We do not use the data for advertising without separate consent and we make no automated decisions affecting you.
4. Legal basis
Your consent given when submitting the form, and steps taken at your request before a possible contract. to be confirmed by counsel: legal basis and applicable law
5. Who has access
the PRIDE team handling requests, with individual access (personal Microsoft 365 account) and an access log;
Microsoft (Microsoft 365), used to send emails;
to be completed: hosting provider or “PRIDE’s own servers”, with country.
We do not sell or rent your data.
6. How long we keep the data
to be completed: retention period, e.g. 24 months after the last interaction, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. Write to the address in section 1.

8. Cookies
We only use preference cookies, with no analytics or advertising: bess_audience (chosen audience: home or business) and bess_locale (language), valid for 90 days. Form data is never stored in cookies or in the browser.
You can delete them at any time from the page footer (“Reset preferences”) or in your browser settings.
9. Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to data, log of access and exports.
